Become who you really are
You’re at a point where you’re moving in an operational system and you’re doing quite well in it, but something wants more and to move freely.
Freedom means liberating oneself so that what lies behind can become visible. Freedom does not mean doing what I want at all times. Freedom is much more about becoming who I really am. “Because I only became free when I did NOT do what I wanted, but when I became who I am.” Behind this lies a development process that has a lot to do with BE liberation, but also with looking and clearing away. Clearing away in the sense of removing ballast that is reflected in beliefs, dramas and well-placed behavioral traits that in reality only cloud our view.
Everyone wants to be free, but free of what?
- From constraints
- Social patterns
- Behavioral patterns
- Rules and regulations
- Cultural habits
But systems are there to create a foundation, to provide a structure that you can build on. A system must not become self-preserving, and every system must be able to counter freedom, otherwise it will freeze up and eliminate innovation and forward movement.
If you are currently in a company system that does not make you happy, then ask yourself the courageous question:
Why have I created this situation for myself, so that I don't have to do something?
But that also has its justification, because it served you in the situation.
My experience is that operational systems can pave the way for you and serve you if you can behave truthfully within them, i.e. if you are given the freedom to realize your path within the system. However, systems also serve as a first step in finding out what I don’t want and what part of it I already want.
But if you’ve ended up here, then something else wants to come to light.
